The first thing our customer has to do is to send us his/her order. We hope that such an order will contain all customer's requirements referring the service (s)he wants to get.

There are few ways to send us your order's requirements and instructions:

How We Come To Agreement On Order's Details

After we've received your order we need few hours to estimate the full time of our job on your order as well as to calculate its price. We'll reply you as quickly as it is possible. Your order will be numbered so you can refer to this unique number in all correspondence as well as in payment documents.

Also you'll find the next documents in our respond message :

· Order's Details (it explains how we are going to complete your order);
· Invoice (it contains the total price of our job as well as payment details);
· Questionnaire (with few additional and defining questions on your order).

Please read these documents carefully and if you have some questions or remarks simply inform us by e-mail, phone or fax.

How You Can Pay Our Services

Currently only Pre-Payment on Account (Bank Transfer) method of payment is applicable. You have to transfer the required total fee indicated in specific Invoice to our bank account in 5 business days of date of the Invoice. Note that we have two different accounts for US dollars and Euro funds transfer. Choose the proper account according to the currency you will pay in. Indicate your Order number in your Bank Transfer documents. If you have not paid the Invoice in 5 days of date of the Invoice you have to re-order the required services.

To support your order we need some payment information. Please, notify us about your payment by e-mail and send us a copy of payment document by e-mail or by fax.

Please note that our Invoices don't contain any bank charges that must be paid to your bank for transfer transaction. It's necessary that we'll receive the exact total sum indicated in the specific Invoice.

If you need a signed copy of some specific Invoice by fax or e-Mail simply tell us and we'll send you such copy.

We understand you desire to get the ordered services as quickly as it's possible. We'll begin our work immediately when the payment will be received and our bank will confirm this fact.
