How can I get the Invoice for payment?


· If you purchase Intelligence Reports through online catalog you will see the automatically generated Invoice on the screen of your monitor at the end of the ordering process. Do not forget to print it.
· If you order some bespoke services (such as Market Research or Forecast) you will received the Invoice by fax and/or via e-Mail (as attached PDF file) in few hours after you have send us the message with your order details (by e-Mail, fax or online Feedback / Order Form).

Can I get a signed (legal) copy of the Invoice?


If you need a signed copy of some specific Invoice by fax or e-Mail simply tell us and we'll send you such copy.

What personal information is being used in the Invoice?


· If you purchase Research Reports through online catalog it's necessary to enter your personal information in registration form. Only data that have been entered during registration process will be indicated in the Invoice.
· If you order some bespoke services (such as Market Research or Forecast) you have to enter some personal information in your order message (note that only your Name and e-Mail Address are required data you have to fill out, other data are optional).
· At least your Name and e-Mail Address will be indicated in the Invoice.   
·
If you have entered some optional data (such as your company name and address, phone numbers, etc.)
during registration / ordering process they will be indicated in the Invoice too.
· If you need some specific information to be indicated in the Invoice (for example those data that have to be indicated in invoices under the legal standards of your country) simply enter such information and we shall include them to the Invoice.

How is payment being made?


· Currently only Payment on Account (Bank Transfer) method of payment is applicable.
· You have to transfer the required total fee indicated in specific Invoice to our bank account in 5 business days of date of the Invoice.
· To process bank transfer please refer to your bank for details.

Can I use my credit card to pay my order?


We agree that the payment by credit card is the fastest way, but, sorry, currently we do not accept any payments by credit cards - only bank transfers.

Where can I find bank account details for the bank transfer?


You can find our bank account details in the Invoice that will be delivered to you after you have finished your order.

What currency have I to pay in?


You may pay our Invoices in US dollars or in Euro.

Why does the Invoice contain information on two different bank accounts?


Note that we have two different accounts for US dollars and Euro funds transfer. Choose the proper account according to the currency you will pay in.

In what period have I to pay the Invoice?


·You have to transfer the required total fee indicated in specific Invoice to our bank account in 5 business days of date of the Invoice. 
· If you have not paid the Invoice in 5 days of date of the Invoice you have to re-order the required services or items from online catalog.

Can I pay in Euro?


Yes, you may pay our Invoices in Euro.

What is an exchange rate used for Euro funds transfer?


We use our internal exchange rate that can be changed at any time without any preliminary notification.

Can I pay in Russian rubles?

Does the Invoice contain any bank charges?


· Our Invoices do not contain any bank charges that must be paid to your bank for transfer transaction. 
· It's necessary that we'll receive the exact total sum indicated in our Invoice.

Have I to confirm my payment?


To support your order we need some payment information. So it'll be very useful for us if you can notify us about your payment by e-mail and send a copy of payment document by e-mail or by fax.

How can I confirm my payment?


You can notify us about your payment by e-mail (service@ignatov.biz) and send a copy of payment document by e-mail (service@ignatov.biz) or by fax.

How many days it would usually take for payment transfer?


· All of the payments made by our customers have been transferred in 3 - 5 business days. 
· Our bank confirms us the payments in few minutes after they have been accepted.

How can I know that my payment has been accepted?


We'll inform you about your payment acceptance by e-mail or by fax in few minutes after our bank's confirmation.
